Introduction to Manual External Cranial Decompression - the perfect back, shoulder, neck, head and face massage with an Ayurvedic twist.

Therapists learn highly effective techniques and a specific routine strategy to unravel painful areas and correct structural patterns, as well as open blocked energy pathways.

Manual External Cranial Decompression was developed based on the physiological principles of trigger points, posture, nerve and energy flow patterns. Through various medical sciences and philosophies we find that structural homeostasis (balance) can be brought about by addressing the nervous, musculoskeletal and energy systems as one unit working together.

Manual External Cranial Decompression mixes Neuromuscular and bodywork therapies with ancient Ayurvedic practices while integrating Chinese and Japanese modalities such as Acupressure, Shiatsu and Tui Na.

This two day course takes Indian Head Massage to another level with astonishing results. Many claim a relaxed floating sensation with peaceful clarity of thought afterwards.
